The main character of the webcomic CASTOFF, Vector is a shy lil' guy with glowing eyes and a lot of problems. He's on the run from the royal guard for a crime he didn't commit, everyone who makes eye contact with him is terrified of him, and if he gets too afraid, he involuntarily teleports.
